Embedded Fractional CRO

I build your whole sales system for you and then hire a manager to take over

Four days per month, minimum 6-month commitment. I will operate as your CRO. I will build your revenue systems, your marketing strategy and your sales team processes. Once its built, I will hire your permanent sales manager to take over revenue generating activities and will then shadow that sales manager until they take over completely.
